To operate a viable and continuous business to service as many people with a disability as possible in Glen Innes and surrounding districts.

To improve the quality of life for people with a disability by offering employment opportunities and encouraging self-esteem, self-development and training in a profitable business environment.

To ensure the business provides a safe, caring, and non-discriminative environment to allow for vocational and personal development of all employees and staff members.
