Kylie joined Glen Industries in March 2010 as the General Manager. With a proven background in community services, training and development, human resources, compliance and business development Kylie has guided Glen Industries, our employees, our staff and our Board with her visionary strategies and practical solutions.
Having joined Glen Industries in 2010, Jo's key responsibilities include general financial administration, payroll, accounts payable and receivable. In addition to providing on-the-job support and guidance for our administration employees, Jo is dedicated to providing a happy and enjoyable work place.
Supervisor for our Horticulture and Woodwork departments, Danny has been with Glen Industries since February 1999. He holds qualifications in Disability, Horticulture, First Aid, Behavoural Support and host of operational certificates. With his affable personality and approachable leadership style, Danny is highly respected by his team, peers and customers alike.
Gillian joined Glen Industries in April 1985. She has witnessed and been involved in many organisational developments over this time as Glen Industries transitioned. As Supervisor for Industries, Gillian provides work based and life skill support for her team members and fosters a close knit 'family' network. She is passionate about the protection of rights and the empowerment of independence for people with a disability.
Mark joined the recycling team at Glen Industries in September 2006. He stepped into the Supervisory role in 2010 and leads an efficient and productive team of staff and supported employees. He achieved great success with the completion of his Certificate IV in Disability Services in 2013 and plays an active role within the broader region with regard to Waste Management and Recycling Practices. He is a valued member of the management team and his no fuss approach has earned him great regard from within his team.
